
Program Evaluation
Our approach to program evaluation is to design an evaluation that is clear, relevant, and produces results that can be used to improve. We support clients to be disciplined about what they do, what they hope to achieve, and how the steps that need to be taken along the way.
We employ measurement methods that are appropriate given the capacity and skillset of the individuals who will be responsible for collecting and studying the information collected. In addition, we ensure a balance between relevant and appropriate measurement as well as rigorous industry standards.
We facilitate conversations among stakeholders across an organization to ensure alignment and agreement on the core elements of what make a program run, and to help identify gaps in where we may not know as much as we’d like about certain program components.
Once a clear measurement approach is identified, we collect information, conduct analyses, review analyses with our client, conduct additional analyses when needed, and deliver results.
The result of our evaluations are tangible, actionable recommendations that a program can use to improve the experience of their program recipients.
